Appointments can only be made by telephone!

Due to the current situation, we also offer you the following options.

As an existing patient, please call us at 0211-418 195 0, send us an email (praxis@lemmen-vahdat.de) or use the contact form below. We will then give you an appointment and call you.

As a new patient*, please write us an email with your complaints in the first step (to praxis@lemmen-vahdat.de). Please fill out this form (download form: Lemmen-Vahdat_Report_053819) and attach it (scan or photo) or send it by fax (0211-418 195 29). We will then get back to you and send you further information about the exact schedule of the consultation.

*Telephone advice and video consultation is currently only possible as a private service for new patients. Billing through statutory health insurers is currently not possible without a health card. The private health insurance companies cover the costs.

How we make appointments:

Monday – Friday: by arrangement

Once a month on a Saturday, we offer consultation for private or self-paying patients by arrangement.
