- It goes without saying that we use the hygiene measures recommended by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the health department on our premises to ensure that the risk of infection is kept as low as possible.
- Please follow the instructions on the notices on our premises and disinfect your hands on the dispensers provided for this purpose as soon as you have entered our practice.
- If possible, ask your escorts not to wait in our rooms.
- We ask patients with flu-like or cold symptoms to refrain from visiting the practice. Please cancel appointments that have already been made or postpone them to a later date.
Telephone and video consultation
We are now offering existing and new patients the option of consultation by phone and video. More information can be found here!
Mouth and nose protection
We ask you as a patient to wear mouth and nose protection during your stay in the practice. If you do not have any mouth and nose protection, we will be happy to provide you with a mask. Our goal is to reduce the risk of infection in our practice as much as possible.
